Just a few of the Speed-Master® strengths include: A direct-drive motor, the heart of the Speed-Master®, eliminates the need for use of sprockets and chains. This innovation results in minimal mechanical parts, and in turn, saves time and money by reducing maintenance requirements.

No tensioning system means saving time and money because repair of a tensioning system is not a requirement. No counterbalance or springs saves time and money also. Doors with counterbalance and spring systems often experience motor failure when the springs wear out and weaken. These system failures are not an issue with Hörmann Flexon’s Speed-Master®.

In addition, most of our Speed-Master® door components are non-proprietary, which means parts may be purchased locally to minimize downtime.
